Mount Nanda Devi East Expedition (7434 M | 24389 Ft) itinerary
DAY 01: ARRIVE DELHI
Upon arrivel in delhi you will be received at the airport iby our repersantative and transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 02: DELHI IMF VISIT
Today we will visit I.M.F. for briefing and finish all the formalities. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

DAY 03: DELHI - KATHGODAM - ALMORA (1650 M)
Morning after breakfast take a train to Kathgodam. Upon arrival drive to Kathgodam and check in the hotel for overnight stay.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 04: ALMORA – MUNSYARI (2150 M)
Morning after breakfast drive to Munsyari (around 200 km). Upon arrival check. Overnight stay in hotel.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 05: MUNSYARI
Day free for acclimation. Also completing the formalities and paper work of the expedition. Overnight stay in hotel.

DAY 06: MUNSYARI – LILAM (2000 M)
Morning after breakfast trek to Lilam 14 kms/5 Hrs. Overnight stay in tent.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 07: LILAM – BUGDIAR (12 KM TREK) (2480 M)
Morning after breakfast trek to Bugdiar. Here we can see shepherds with their flocks of sheep and goats are a common sight at the meadows of Bugdiar camp . Overnight stay in tent.

DAY 08: BUGDIAR – MARTOLI (3350 M)
Morning after breakfast trek to Martoli. We have to cover around 14 Kms today. Overnight stay in tent.

DAY 09: MARTOLI – MILAM (3500 M)
Morning after breakfast trek to Milam We have to cover around 11 Kms today. Overnight stay in tent.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 10: MILAM – LWANI (3690 M)
Morning after breakfast trek to Lwani We have to cover around 13 Kms today wich will tale 6-7 Hrs. Overnight stay in tent.

DAY 11: LWANI - BASE CAMP (NANDA DEVI EAST BC) (4210 M)
Morning after breakfast trek to base camp. (13 kms & 5-6 Hrs) Overnight stay in tent.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 12: ACCLIMATISATION DAY
Days for acclimatisation in BC. Overnight stay in base camp.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 13-24: ACCLIMATISATION DAY/ ESTABLISHING CAMP I, II AND III
Meals: All means including High altitude food
DAY 25-29 ADDITIONAL DAYS TO SUMMIT
Meals: All means including High altitude food
DAY 30 & 31 TREK BACK TO BASE CAMP
HAP will take care of the loads back to Base Camp
Meals: All means including High altitude food
DAY 32: BASE CAMP – MILAM
Morning after breakfast trek back to Milam. Overnight stay in tent.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 33: MILAM – BUGDIAR
Morning after breakfast trek to Bugdiar Overnight stay in tent.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 34: BUGDIAR – MUNSYARI
Morning after breakfast trek back to Munsyari. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 35: MUNSYARI – ALMORA
Morning after breakfast drive to Almora. Overnight stay at hotel.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 36: ALMORA - KATHGODAM - DELHI
Morning after breakfast drive to Kathgodam and take and train to Delhi. Overnight jaurney by train.
Meal: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 37: DELHI DEPART
Upon arrivel in Delhi transfer to hotel for check -in. After Breakfast debriefing at IMF Delhi with LO and IMF director. Later in the day transfer to IGI airport Delhi to board flight for onward destination.
