Zanskar Valley of Ladakh state is blessed with many beautiful peaks. There are many peaks there but Z series peaks are very popular among them. If we specifically talk about Z series Z2 and Z3 are most popular among others. These peaks are in Lalung Glacier of Rangdum area. It is around 250 Kms away from Kargil. Shikhar Travels are organizing exclusive expeditions to these beautiful peaks from last 42 years.
Day 1: ARRIVE DELHI
Arrive on Delhi Airport Welcome to India- a country where hospitality is a way of life; to a culture steeped in tradition, a land where history lives in music and dance. You will be received at the airport in a traditional manner with garlands and & overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2: DELHI
Proceed to IMF for clearance and briefing with Liaison Officer.
Meals: Breakfast
Day 3: DELHI - LEH (3,524 M)
Morning after an early breakfast, we will transfer you to the airport to board flight to Leh. Arrive Leh and check-in the hotel for overnight stay. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4: LEH
Morning after breakfast we will have city tour of Leh which includes Shey and Leh palace, Shanti Stupa, Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 5: LEH - KARGIL (2,676 M)
After breakfast, 230kms drive to Kargil, Lunch En-route. Witness once again to the barren mountain and wilderness, Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 6: KARGIL - RANGDUM (3,950 M)
Morning after early breakfast drive to Rangdum apron 250 Kms. Overnight stay in Rangdum

Day 7: RANGDUM - LALUNG (4138 M)
Morning after early breakfast trek to Lalung Glacier. Overnight stay in tent.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Day 8: LALUNG - BASE CAMP (4,400 M)
Morning after breakfast from Lalung, we walk up to moraine and reach the base camp. Upon arrival set up the base camp for overnight stay.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 9 TO DAY 17: BASE CAMP - Z2 SUMMIT - BASE CAMP
Day 09 to 17 for Mt. Z2 Summit and descend down to Base camp.
Meals: All Meals at Base camp
Day 18: BASE CAMP - RANGDUM
Trek Back to Shafat nala camp. Overnight stay at camp.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Day 19: RANGDUM - KARGIL
Drive back to Kargil. Overnight stay at hotel.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Day 20: KARGIL - LEH
Drive to Leh. Overnight stay at hotel.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Day 21: LEH - DELHI
Morning check out from hotel and transfer to Leh Airport to catch the flight to Delhi. Arrival in Delhi transfer to IMF Delhi for (De-briefing) with IMF Director. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Day 22: DELHI - DEPART
Morning after a relaxed breakfast we will take you to International Airport for Departure.
Meals: Breakfast Only
Delhi: Briefing and De- Briefing at Indian Mountaineering Foundation.
Leh: Shey & Thikshey monastery
Zanskar Valley: Climbing, Camping & Photography.
