Gulmarg Skiing itinerary
Day 01: ARRIVE SRINAGAR
Meet and greet by our representatives at Srinagar airport and proceed to city. On arrival, transfer to Deluxe Houseboats by Gondolas (shikara). Later in evening enjoy Shikara cruise on Dal Lake visiting the Floating garden, back waters of the lake, cruise will go through canals. Overnight stay houseboat in Srinagar.
DAY 02: SRINAGAR – LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast leave for local sightseeing tour to famous Nishat Garden known as 'Garden of pleasure' built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal Emperor Asif Khan. Then visiting Shalimar Garden known as 'Garden of love' built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jehan or (Mehr-un-Nissa) also visit Chashme Shahi Later visit to famous Pari Mahal, Shankaracharya temple situated on top of a hill where you can have a view of whole Srinagar City. Later you can visit the world famous Tulip garden in Srinagar. Overnight stay houseboat in Srinagar.
DAY 03: SRINAGAR-GULMARG (56 KM/2 HRS)
After Breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg, the ski hub of Kashmir. On arrival check in to your holtel, rest of the day free to indulge in unlimited skiing in Gulmarg. Overnight stay in Gulmarg.
Day 04: GULMARG
Day Free to indulge in skiing in Gulmarg. Overnight stay in Gulmarg.
DAY 05: GULMARG - SRINAGAR (56 Kms / 2 HRS)
This morning after breakfast, proceed to Srinagar. On arrival check in at house boat. Day free at leisure. Overnight stay houseboat in Srinagar
DAY 06: SRINAGAR – SONMARG - SRINAGAR (79 Kms / 2 HRS)
This morning after breakfast, proceed to Sonmarg dubbed as Meadows of Gold. Sonmarg is beautifully adorned by the alpine flowers, silver birch and wooded pine forest making it a naturalist and trekker’s heaven. Enjoy beautiful time amidst the alluring natural beauty. Overnight stay houseboat in Srinagar.
DAY 07: SRINAGAR Departure
After breakfast, free time till departure. Check out from the house boat and transfer to Srinagar airport to connect onwards destination flight.
