Day 01: Delhi Departure (Morning)
Report at New Delhi railway station, board Dehradun Shatabdi train schedule at 6:45 in morning
on arrival to Dehradun railway station and transfer to hotels
evening free for leusire ( your own ). overnight stay hotel
Drive: 280 km - Time: 07 hrs -
Post dinner we will pick you up and overnight drive to Dehradun by public transport.

Day 02- Dehradun - Pantwari - Base Camp
Drive: 114 km - Trek: 4 km - Time: 02 – 03 hrs - Elevation: 1,350 M
check out from the hotel, board the vehicle for your drive towards Panthwari Village. On reaching this beautiful village start trekking toward the base point of Nag Tibba trek. Upon arrival at the desired destination, move towards the campsite area where you will be spending your overnight stay. Enjoy the last evening of 2022 by capturing the awe-inspiring beauty of the starry sky by sitting around the bonfire.

Day 03- Base Camp - Nag Tibba Top - Base Camp - Pantwari – Dehradun- Delhi
Trek: 4 km - Time: 03 – 04 hrs - Elevation: 3,084 M
Give a perfect and healthy start with a relishing morning meal and then get ready to begin your trekking towards Nag Tibba top. Although it is not a very long and challenging trekking trail but is
very exciting on the other hand. After reaching at the top you will witness a memorizing sunrise, after clicking some pictures start trekking back to Base Camp, lunch at base camp & start descending towards Pantwari village, after reaching the road head will board the cab and drive back to Dehradun. On reaching Dehradun board the bus and depart to Delhi. Arrive in Delhi early in the morning.

How to Reach:
By Air:
Nearest airport is in Dehradun (Jolly Grant Airport) which is middle of two famous cities Dehradun (25 kms) & Rishikesh (20 kms) there are daily flights from Delhi and Mumbai.
By Train:
Nearest Railway station is in Dehradun city which is well connected from Delhi & Mumbai, you can take late night train from Delhi, it will arriving early morning in Dehradun, you can also take Shatabdi express from Delhi to Dehradun as well as to Haridwar. Train details are given below.
· Nandadevi Express – Train number: 12401 Departure from Delhi 2350 hrs., arrival 0550 hrs. at Dehradun.
· Mussoorie Express – Train number: 14041 Departure from Delhi 2225 hrs., arrival 0825 hrs. at Dehradun.
· Dehradun Shatabdi – Train number: 12017 Departure from Delhi 0645 hrs., arrival 1255 hrs. at Dehradun.
· Dehradun Jan Shatabdi – Train number: 12055 Departure from Delhi 1520 hrs., arrival 2110 hrs. at Dehradun.
By Road:
Dehradun is well connected with almost every city in north India, you can take Volvo or ordinary bus from ISBT Kashmiri gate (Delhi) Uttarakhand & Uttar Pradesh Road transport (Govt. body) are running their services. Last Volo Bus departs from Kashmiri gate on 2300 hrs. which arrives ISBT Dehradun at 0500 hrs., from there you can take a Auto rickshaw to Dehradun railway station parking.
We will pick you from Dehradun Railway station parking in Bolero or Tempo traveler (according to group size) in between 0600 hrs. to 0800 hrs.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Charges: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of ‘Shikhar
Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd.
For cancellations made 4 weeks prior to the scheduled departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice. For cancellations made within 4 weeks of the scheduled departure, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.
In certain cases, the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ & would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / Service provider. This will be charged over & in addition to the cancellation policy.
Unused Services & Refund
No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passengers while traveling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier/ hotel/ tour company / or other suppliers used for providing services.
A refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip.
If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of a hotel stay, transportation, meals, etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
Responsibility, Liability, Extra Cost, Prices, and Brochure Accuracy - Changes and Errors All the packages are sold under the business management of Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. and they are in no way to be considered as the principal or operator of the subject services. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay, or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes/riots, roadblocks, etc.
Governing Law
This condition and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
