DAY 1: ARRIVE MANALI
Arrive Manali and check in the hotel. A briefing session by our tour Guide in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel at Manali.

DAY 2: MANALI - SARCHU
Morning after breakfast drive to Sarchu. Upon arrival check in campsite for overnight stay.

DAY 3: SARCHU - LEH
Morning after breakfast check out from campsite and drive to Leh. Upon arrival check in the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 4: LEH SIGHTSEEING
Morning after breakfast proceeds for sightseeing tour of Hemis, Shey and Thiksey monasteries. Back to hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 5: LEH - STOK - MANKARMO DRIVE 15 KMS/TREK
After breakfast drive to Stok village and start trek to Mankarmo (4600 mt). Witness once again to the barren mountain and wilderness, we trek up the Matho River Valley and set up camp after several hours. Overnight stay at Camp.

DAY 6: MANKARMO - BASE CAMP TREK
Morning after breakfast trek to reach Base Camp (5020 M). On arrival set the camp for overnight stay.

DAY 7: BASE CAMP (TRAINING DAY)
Training of Snow and Ice craft on Glacier. Overnight stay in Base Camp

DAY 8: BASE CAMP (TRAINING DAY)
Second day of training of Snow and Ice craft on Glacier. Overnight stay in Base Camp

DAY 9: BASE CAMP - SUMMIT MT STOK KANGRI - BASE CAMP CLIMBING
Very early in the morning proceed to summit Mt Stok Kangri (6153 M). From Summit one can see the Saser group in the Great Karakoram Range, where K2 lies. Leaving the peak and back to Base Camp. Overnight stay at Base Camp.

DAY 10: RESERVE DAY FOR SUMMIT
Reserve day for summit or test your skills on Snow and Ice. Overnight stay in base camp.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 11: BASE CAMP - STOK - LEH TREK AND DRIVE
From base camp trek back to Stok via Mankarmo. Reach Stok and drive to Leh. Arrive Leh and check in to hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 12: LEH DEPARTURE
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and departure onwards destination.

General Conditions:

Upon confirmation of the booking we would require 50% of the total invoice and the balance amount can be paid 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation Charges: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Shikhar Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd.

For cancellation made 4 weeks prior to the scheduled departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice. For cancellation made within 4 weeks of scheduled departure, there will be cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.

In certain cases the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ & would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / Service provider. This will be charged over & in addition to the cancellation policy.
Unused Services & Refund
No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passenger while travelling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier/ hotel/ tour company / or other suppliers used for providing services.
Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip.
If there is any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
Responsibility, Liability, Extra Cost, Prices and Brochure Accuracy - Changes and Errors
All the packages are sold under the business management of Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. and they are in no way to be considered as the principal or operator of the subject services. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes / riots, road block etc.
Governing Law
These conditions and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
