Leh Ladakh Bike Trip Package itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Leh
Day 1 we will spend it in getting acclimatized to the surroundings.
Day 2: Leh Local
Today we will visit the famous places of Ladakh and get the taste of the cultural diversity in Leh. We will visit the famous Shanti Stupa, Leh palace which is a major tourist destination in Leh. Later we will visit the famous gurdwara by the name of Pathar Sahib Gurdwara, 3 idiot school and magnetic hill.
Day 3: Leh to Nubra
Today we will visit the famous Khardung-la which is the highest motorable road in the world after which we will visit the Diskit Monastery which is the largest and the oldest monastery in the Nubra valley and the “Hunder” sand dunes in the Hunder village in the clod desert of the Nubra Valley is at an altitude of 4000 mtr.
Day 4: Nubra to Pangong
Today we will travel across the Shyok river which originates from the Rimo Glacier and is a tributary of the river Indus and reach Agam. From here we will make a visit to Tangstey village. And make a visit to Jab tak hai jaan movie shooting point.
Day 5: Pangong to Leh stretch
After making a visit to the famous 3 IDIOT movies Shooting Point, we will make visit to the
la which is the high-altitude pass. Then we will go to Takthok Monastery in the famous village
Shakti.
Day 6: Departure from Leh
Today well in time you will depart from the hotel and drive Leh airport.

Terms & Important Information:

A WhatsApp group will be created within 48 hours from the trip start time. Details about tour captain and other important information will be shared in it.

Any upgradation of Bike can be done on prior notice of 15 days
-
For Himalayan Bike: 5000 extra for entire trip (subject to availability)

Riding Kits rental: Knee guard, Elbow guard, Gloves - everything 850/- for the entire trip.

Jacket rental: 1600 for the entire trip.

The check in time at stays is 11 noon. Early check in subject to availability of room.

If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bills will be raised. Neither Muddy Trails nor the participating partners/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses. This extra bill has to be borne by the guests.

Muddy Trails is not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc

Wearing a helmet, carrying a valid ID proof & Driving license is mandatory all the time in Ladakh while riding.

Guests are responsible for safety and security of their own luggage.

Muddy Trails team members are not responsible for any damage of the vehicle (Bikes) or any personal items/gears, damaged or missing or lost luggage or other natural calamities or disasters.

Compensation for any damage/accident done by you (guests) during tour to local properties/people would be directly payable by guests.

For any dispute, the legal formalities would be as per Delhi jurisdiction.
Payment Policy:

60 Days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.

45 Days before date of departure: 50% of total cost. 15 days prior date of departure: 100% of total cost.

If not received prior 15 days will count your booking cancelled.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the date of tour start will be subject to the following a Rs 3500/- per person cancellation fee.

Cancellations received 45-30 days – 50 % of the tour cost: within 30 days- 100% of tour cost.
