Day 01: Arrived Srinagar Airport
On arrival at Srinagar Airport meet our Representative who will assist you drive towards the Summer capital of Kashmir, Srinagar. On reaching Srinagar check in to your Hotel as allotted & Enjoy the local sightseeing which includes Mughal Gardens like Nishat garden Shalimar garden, Botanical Garden and famous places around Dal Lake. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 02: Srinagar -Gulmarg
After morning breakfast today, you will drive towards Gulmarg, the meadow of Gold which is one of the most beautiful summer resort in the valley. It is also popular for its golf course (in summer), the highest in the world and skiing point during the winter season. Enjoy the splendour of nature and the snowy mountains. You may take a Gondola ride on which you may see Khilanmarg on phase 1st and Affarwat mountains on phase 2nd (At your own cost). In the evening, return to your hotel (Srinagar) for an overnight stay.
Day 03: Srinagar - Sonmarg
After early morning breakfast today, you will enjoy the beautiful drive to Sonmarg which is the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. On the way you will stop at many beautiful spots. Continue drive to Sonmarg 2690 Mtrs (Meadow of Gold). One can ride on horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year and Sonmarg is known as Gateway of Ladakh by hiring the cab (At your Own cost). In the evening return to gul for an overnight stay in Srinagar hotel
Day 04: Srinagar – Pahalgam
After morning breakfast drive to Pahalgam via crossing Srinagar, Pampore Saffron fields, very famous Awantipora ruins and Anantnag sulpher spring. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. Enjoy the nature charm of the valley. Enjoy the nature charm of the valley. You may visit the places like Betaab Valley, Chandanwari and Aru (Depends upon the time you reach) by hiring a cab. In the evening return to your hotel for an overnight stay in the evening check in to your hotel Pahalgam for an Overnight Stay
Day 05: Pahalgam -Srinagar
After morning breakfast drive towards the summer capital of Kashmir, Srinagar via the same route of Awantipora Ruins and Pampore Saffron fields. Enjoy the local sightseeing which includes Mughal Gardens like Nishat garden Shalimar Garden, Botanical Garden and Tulip Garden, Chashme Shahi, Pari Mahal and famous Historical Shrine called Dargah Hazratbal, Shankaracharya and 01-hour Shikara Ride (If not taken on day its). Overnight stay at Houseboat.
Day 06: Srinagar –Airport Departure
After early morning breakfast drive towards the Srinagar Airport to board your flight back to your home with beautiful memories.

Vehicle Usage:

All vehicle services are time-bound and are provided on point-to-point basis only as per the itinerary.

They are not provided for repeat services or on disposal for personal activities, such as market visit, shopping, dinner, etc. AC will not be used in the hills.

Vehicles will change during the tour; hence guests are advised to not leave behind any belonging in the car.

Detour/tour rearrangement may become inevitable during natural/manmade disturbances like landslides, road blockages, political disturbance, train/flight delays etc. The cost arising due to such factors will be billed additionally, which is payable directly to the driver.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Insurance Coverage. It is the responsibility of each traveler to purchase (or decline) the desired level of insurance and understand the requirements for making an insurance claim.
Payment/ Deposit

Upon confirmation of the booking, we would require 50% of the total invoice and the balance amount can be paid upto 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel the tour in absence of deposit / balance/final payment.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Charges: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Shikhar Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd.
For cancellation made up to 4 weeks prior to the scheduled departure, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice. For cancellation made within 4 weeks of scheduled departure, there will be cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.
In certain cases, the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ & would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / Service provider. This will be charged over & in addition to the cancellation policy.
Unused Services & Refund
No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passenger while traveling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier/ hotel/ tour company / or other suppliers used for providing services.
Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip.
If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. Extra bill will be raised. Neither Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
Responsibility & Liability
All the packages are sold under the business management of Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. Shikhar Travels reserves the right to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither Shikhar Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses or any liability what so. We can assume no liability for injury, damage, delay, loss, accident or irregularity in connection with the services of any airplane, ship, motorcoach, train or other conveyance used in carrying out the arrangements of the journey. We cannot accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, acts of God or other causes beyond our control. All such losses and expenses will have to be borne by the passenger, as journey rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. All published itineraries are subject to change, which would not be cause for a refund. We also reserve the right to amend typos and misprints in pricing and other trip information. The right is reserved to cancel the journey prior to departure, in which case the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation on our part. Shikhar Travels does not accept liability incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable airline ticket.
Governing Law
This condition and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
