This tour takes you to the best birding and wildlife locations of the North including a visit to the Corbett National Park. Birding hotspots like Pangot, Sattal, Munsiyari, and Jageshwar are rife with bird species of the north and harbor many endemics as well. You also get a chance to marvel at the fabled feline, Tiger, walking majestically through the grasslands of Corbett National Park along with many other mammals like Asian Elephant, Leopard, Sloth & Himalayan Black Bear, Muntjac, Jackal, Sambar & Barking Deer, Jungle & Leopard Cat, Goral & Serow, Yellow-throated Himalayan Marten & Yellow-bellied Himalayan Weasel, Terai, and Himalayan Langur. The bird’s species are Pheasants such as Cheer, Monal, Koklas, Satyr & Khalij, 8 species of Woodpeckers, many species of Raptors including Rufous-bellied Eagle & Lammergeier, mixed flocks of Himalayan birds with Minlas, Yuhinas, Tits, Flycatchers, Minivets etc. Many owls including Mountain Scops Owl and Brown Wood Owl, Thrushes and many Laughingthrushes, Bullfinches and Grosbeaks, Forktails etc.
