Tour Highlight

TOUR COST – RS 1,23,950/- PER PERSON

The above quotation includes:

• All accommodation with breakfast at the hotel.
• All lunches and dinners as mentioned in the itinerary for indian meals.
• Good Private coach transfer service at each places.
• Good Private English-speaking local guide service at each places.
• High-speed train ticket from Beijing to Shanghai with second class. Soft sleeper train ticket from Xi’an to Shanghai (4 person share one cabin)
• One bottle of mineral water per day per person.
• Insurance fee for accident.
• All airfare and visa

The quotation does not includes:

• Personal expenses, such as tips, drinks, etc.
• Anything not mentioned above.

Eligibility

This program is open to hardworking school students willing to explore new ideas and horizons. This program is not a vacation but demands serious efforts by all participants.

The age group for the program is between 12 - 18 years

Group Size

The recommended group size is 20 students. If there are less than 20 students that are interested, we will try to combine two or more schools to form a group or else you will be given an alternate departure date.

Exclusions
 

• Any expenses of a personal nature and anything not included above.
• Surcharges apply for any trade fare or special event in the city
• No refund either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation. meals, sightseeing, accommodation, entrances etc.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
 

• This is a Proposal only. Hotels/services are not blocked until we receive your confirmation letter.
• Above rates are subject to change based on availability at the time of booking.
• Please note that the inclusions are as per the quote above, items not mentioned are not included. Please verify the inclusions as additional items can only be provided at additional cost.
• Please note that rates are based on quoted group size, if group size changes the rates will be adjusted accordingly.
• Breakfast is provided by the hotel at their standard time. Additional services may result in additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

• If visa is not granted Rs 30,000/- will be taken as cancellation charges.
• Tour Cancelled after booking Rs 30,000/- deducted plus cancellation charges if any
• Tour Cancelled after airline tickets are blocked Rs 85,000/- will be deducted
• Tour Cancelled 60 days prior to tour date 50% of the total tour amount
• Tour cancelled 45 days prior to tuor date 70% of the total tour amount.
• Tour cancelled less than 30 days before the tour date – NO REFUND
• No show due to any resaon – NO REFUND

Terms Of Payment

• INR 50,000/- in advance payment
• Full balance once visa is approved
