Fixed Flight Timings:
This is a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour, and all departure timings of each destination are fixed. Passengers must ensure they report as per the scheduled ETDs at the helipads throughout the tour; otherwise, they will be considered a NO-SHOW. However, Om Shubh Yatra reserves the right to change/postpone the timings of flying, subject to weather/force majeure reasons.
COVID Travel Guidelines:
Passengers and Om Shubh Yatra shall adhere to COVID protocols as per the effective mandate of the government. Boarding can be denied to passengers without a refund if they do not adhere to government guidelines.
Helicopter Weight Limitation:
The maximum weight capacity of the helicopter is 450 kg/75 Kgs per person average (excluding baggage weight). Passengers are taken on board depending upon the load and temperature conditions. The pilot's call will be final. The total weight of all passengers on board must be within this limit. Therefore, passengers are required to provide their exact weights at the time of booking.
Passenger Weights:
Passengers have to submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight is found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight-carrying capacity of 450 kg, passenger(s) would be deboarded & cancelled for the Heli-tour without any refund.
Overweight Charges: On Per Seat Basis Only:
Overweight charges are applicable at INR 1000/kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg. But excess weight (not exceeding the helicopter’s total weight limitation) will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight = 75 Kg x (No. of pax). Any discrepancy found in the weights of the passengers, which would be chargeable as per the overweight criteria, the same would be collected prior to boarding of flights.
Baggage Allowance:
Only one baggage weighing a maximum of 5 kgs is allowed per passenger. It is not permitted to carry suitcases or any other luggage bags in the helicopter. Due to our helicopters’ limited weight-carrying capacity, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weight for safe flying in the hills. Therefore, passengers traveling together may not be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.
Seating Capacity:
The maximum seating capacity for our helicopters is 06 passengers + 01 Crew.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES:
Om Shubh Yatra shall not be held responsible for any medical emergencies that may occur to passengers during the yatra. Hence, passengers are strongly advised to seek medical advice and undergo a medical check-up before embarking on the journey. It is particularly important for passengers with existing medical conditions to undergo a medical check-up.

In the event of a cancelled tour departure from Sersi/Phata due to these reasons, Om Shubh Yatra will propose a revised itinerary within the original package duration.
If a flight does not take place during the entire day, the tour will be considered canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Customers may book a fresh tour on the next available date, with any unutilized balance amount from their previous booking applied towards the new booking. However, any additional costs will be borne by the customers.
If a tour departure from Sersi/Phata is disrupted while the tour is ongoing, Om Shubh Yatra will propose a revised itinerary within the original package duration, without any extension of timings.
Any package extensions proposed by the customers will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
