The Best Experience of Agriculture Tour in India
Only Shikhar Travels does the Agricultural Tour in India, I am escorting this group in July 2018 to all members from Australia and they are a total of 17 members including International Tour Leader who bring this tour to India and take facilities and all services with Shikhar Travels in New Delhi.
In this group I am escorting the group and all the members in our group, some people are local farmers in Australia and some people are Scientists, others are related to Agriculture Feild.
We started this tour from Hyderabad and end in Delhi.
Route of the Tour as below.
1) Hyderabad
2) Varanasi
3) Agra
4) Jaipur
5) Delhi to Ludhiana
6) Ludhiana to Shimla
7) Shimla to Amritsar
8) Amritsar to Delhi
9) Delhi to Australia Departure
Hyderabad
I received the whole group at Hyderabad Airport as a tour guide and representative from Shikhar Travels. When they are arrived and see that i holding the placard of Agriculture tour to India and very to see, meet and greet with garlands.
So, we visited Hyderabad Agriculture University and see the fields and organic farming and meet students.
Hyderabad to Varanasi
Next we a flight to Varanasi. On arrival in Varanasi airport our Vehicles is there and we all are settled in the Vehicle and drive to our, but we get down on the ghat then hotel already sent a big boat for us to go to the hotel on the Ganges river and all of our members are very excited to see this kind of welcome to the hotel.
In the evening with a local guide, we go for evening Aarti on the Ghat by our boat, to how all the local members and other tourists are on their boats to see the evening Aarti on River Ganges.
Next morning we proceed for sightseeing first Sarnath (Gautam Budh were first taught about the Dharma) and later after lunch goes heritage street walk of Varanasi.
Varanasi – Delhi – Agra
Next Varanasi to Delhi by flight and then drive to Agra. In we visit Agra Fort and Taj Mahal.
Later we proceed to Barara Village near Agra to meet Village Pradhan and local villagers, talk to each other problems and what they grow and how farmers society is helping them. lastly, we visit the fields that they grow.
In our group, everyone brings some small gifts to give to children.
Agra – Jaipur- Delhi
The next day we to Jaipur en-route we will visit Fatepur Sikri and then continue to drive to Jaipur.
Jaipur we Agriculture Institute where we meet the father of Chickpeas. We see practical fields.
The next day we drive to Delhi en-route we visit a Village called Samode – were a local villager is waiting for us to see their village and they cow, buffalo and goat, In fields we see they growing at that time is green chilies, lady’s finger.
Then we had lunch in a very old heritage palace called Samode Palace very good and luxurious experience for our group.
Delhi – Ludhiana
Flight to Ludhiana, to visit Ludhiana Agriculture University to meet their faculty and meeting together, after meeting we meet students in practical fields and also we a good amount of machineries which they are using in fields, new technologies, products.
Then we proceed to Shimla for relaxing we visited mall road, scandal Point, ladka Market.
“Shikhar arrange a Toy Train ride for our group while we go to Shimla from Ludhiana.”
Ludhiana – Amritsar
The last destination is Amritsar – In Amritsar, we visit Agriculture Institute and woolen factory, how they making wools.
Sightseeing of Amritsar Jallianwala Bagh, the famous Golden Temple (Sikh Temple) and we visit Wagah Border (India and Pakistan Border) on daily basis they organize the parade ceremony. lots of people are come to see the show which is handled by BSF Border Security Force India, both sides India and Pakistan people are shouting their nation name.
The next day we depart from Amritsar to Delhi then to Delhi to Australia.
