Bhagirathi base camp trek itinerary
DAY 01: ARRIVE UTTARKASHI
Arrive Uttarkashi and check-in the hotel for overnight stay.
Meals: Dinner
DAY 02: UTTARKASHI – GANGOTRI (3048M)
Morning after breakfast proceed to Uttarkashi town to visit Local Administration for complete legal formalities for the Expedition.
Later in the day drive to Gangotri (3048 m). On arrival check in at your hotel / Guest house. Later visit to Gangotri Temple and explore the surrounding area. Overnight stay in Hotel / Guest House.

DAY 03: GANGOTRI – BHOJBASA (3792M)
Morning after breakfast trek to Bhojbasa (3792M). From Bhojbasa you can have majestic view of Bhagirathi group of peaks. On arrival set-up camp for overnight stay.

DAY 04: BHOJBASA - GAUMUKH (3892M) - NANDANVAN (4340 M)
Today we gradually walk up to the Gaumukh – “The source of River Ganges” a beautiful walk with views of Mt. Shivling (6543 mt) and the Mt Bhagirathi (6856). Further proceed to little high towards to Nandanvan. Across the Gangotri glacier, cutting across the glacial moraine, you shall reach the spacious alpine meadow of Nandan Van, at the juncture of Chatrungi Glacier and Gangotri Glacier and the base of Baghirathi I (6856 Mts.), II (6512 Mts.) and III (6454 Mts.). You should also have views of Mt. Kedar Dome (6831 Mts.), Karcha Kund (6617 Mts.), Kedarnath (6940 Mts.) & Mt. Meru (6672 Mts.) across the Gangotri Glacier.
Overnight in base camp of Bhagirathi also none as Nandanvan.

DAY 05: DAY FREE (IN BASE CAMP OF MT. BHARIRATHI)
Free day to explore MT. Bhagirathi base camp. Overnight stay in tents
DAY 06: BASE CAMP – BHOJBASA
Morning after breakfast trek to Bhojbasa. Overnight in Tents.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 07: BHOJBASA – GANGOTRI - UTTARKASHI
The last day of the trekking. Return to Gangotri. On arrival, drive to Uttarkashi. Arrive Uttarkashi and check-in at hotel for overnight stay.
Meals: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
DAY 08: DEPARTURE FROM UTTARKASHI
Morning after breakfast departure to onward destination.
