Many a laureates have been bestowed upon Capt. Kumar, be it being conferred with the title of the Most Influential Person in the Travel Industry by OTM, the Life Time Achievement Award in the year 2011 or the ‘Hall of Fame’ award by the Adventure Tour Operators Association in 2004, among others.
The company bagged its first major honour marking a distinction on the global scene with the PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association) Award in the year 1992, also felicitated by the Government of India with the National Tourism Award in following year (1993).
Adding another feather to its cap is the title of the ‘Best Boutique Operator’ as awarded by SATTE (South Asia Travel and Tourism Exchange) in 2003, along with several others like the Destination Himachal Award by Himachal Tourism, the WATA honours for outstanding organization of WATA General Assembly& also pronounced as the winner of the National Tourism Award for Outstanding Performance as Inbound Tour Operator all in the years 2010-11.
